QuickBooks: What Happens to my Existing QB's Data?

When you already have an existing QuickBooks Online account, how does it work?

 

 

CampLegal NEVER pulls data from QuickBooks Online, it only pushes data from CampLegal to QuickBooks in real time. There's no way to push existing data from CampLegal to QuickBooks.

 

How does CampLegal find existing Customers in QuickBooks?

1. As a Client and/or Invoice is created in CampLegal, we go through a series checks to find an existing Customer in QuickBooks Online.

2. If an Existing Customer is found, we will link the Client in your CampLegal account to the Customer in QuickBooks Online.

3. If no existing Customer is found, we will create a new Customer.

 In summary, CampLegal's QuickBooks feature is a one-way push and only in real time.
