Are you getting an “INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR:Undefined” when trying to upload a document? The most common causes for this error are the document size and document name.

The issue should be fixed by following these steps.

  1. The document should be less than 130 MB.

  2. Make sure your document doesn’t have any special characters in the title, like tildes, accents, or superscription.

    1. ñ, á, é, í, ó, x²

  3. Change the document name and try again.
