Creating $0.00 Invoices  Not Supported

As of now, CampLegal does not support creating invoices with a total amount of $0.00. Attempting to do so results in an error:Amount must be greater than 0.

Workaround:
Create the invoice using $0.01, then adjust the amount once known, or write it off if it's a no-charge service.
You can also include a $0.00 line item, but the invoice total must be greater than $0.
