To add a new user to your account. Please email support@camplegal.com the following information.

User Details:

User Roles:

  • Admin - Access to everything.

  • User - Cannot access certain admin parts of the system and overall activity feed.  Can access cases even if not linked to it, all Contacts and all Leads.

  • User - Linked Cases Only - Can only access cases linked to, all Contacts and all Leads.

  • Lead Management Only– Can only access all Contacts and all Leads

Billing Roles:

  • Billing - Access to everything including the Dashboard Overview.

  • Billing Admin - Access to everything minus the Dashboard Overview.

  • Billing View and Accept Payment - View Payments and Invoices, Accept Payments.

  • Billing View â€“ View Payments and Invoices.

  • Nothing
     - Will not see any billing numbers
