500 Error Message On Forms

Are you receiving a 500 error message when opening a form?

  1. Are you receiving a 500 error when opening a form?  Other forms assigned to the same contact would work but certain form would not.

  2. Symptom:
    The contact had a Wife and a Spouse linked to it, so opening the form would get the 500.

  3. Fix:
    Configure the contact with only one spouse, i.e., delete one of the linked family members.  The firm might want to delete the extra spouse if it’s a duplicate contact.
